All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received, or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed for the product(s) and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any item(s) in the shopping cart due to non-payment. Additional shipping and handling fees may be due after checkout in the shopping cart. The buyer will be contacted via email or phone, and the seller will explain the nature of these additional fees. Payment for additional fees will be due before the product(s) will be processed and shipped. If payment is not received, buyer forfeits ownership of the product(s) in the order, the order will be cancelled, and the buyer will be refunded the amount paid at checkout.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. Additional shipping or handling fees will be calculated after checkout, and the buyer will be contacted regarding any additional payment due. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally or on rush orders. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. A reasonable attempt to replace the item will be performed by the seller. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer.

Items are entitled to be refunded, exchanged, or returned if the buyer notifies the seller within 15 days of the date of purchase. The buyer must contact the seller by online Return Form or by email: CustomerCare@HomeAmericana.com. Items must be unused and in their orignal packaging. Refunds are given as store credit. Not all merchandise is returnable. Shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer. Restocking fees may apply.

An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment. If the buyer requires cancellation after payment has been made, buyer must notify the seller as soon as possible. Cancellation may still be possible, but not guaranteed. If the buyer’s order has already been processed, the buyer is responsible for all costs of the product and shipping, and the seller’s Return Policy will apply for any refunds or exchanges.

Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact. Home Americana values its customers and every reasonable attempt will be made to resolve an issue.
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
